I describe the initial cosmology results from the SDSS Supernova Survey based on the first year of the three year data set. Besides a Hubble diagram analysis for cosmological parameters we have also considered non-standard cosmologies and compared with other intermediate redshift datasets that are sensitive to cosmology. I will discuss our plans for future analysis of the full dataset.
